3. How we use your information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to deliver Services you have requested or are engaged with us on
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and grow our business (including responding to inbound inquiries, basic Site analytics, and B2B relationship building), provided those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and certain marketing communications, where required by law
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as follows:
- Brand clients ↔ creators. If you are a brand, we may share the relevant parts of your brief with creators we shortlist. If you are a creator, we may share your public profile, audience metrics, rates, and the content you have authorized us to share with brand clients evaluating a campaign.
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate our business, including: Typeform (form intake), email and calendar providers (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), cloud hosting and our website hosting provider, analytics providers, payment and invoicing providers, contract / e-signature providers, and accounting providers. These providers process data on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, court order, or legitimate government request, or to enforce our rights, protect users, or investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6. International data transfers
SNK Agency operates internationally and our service providers may store or process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inbound inquiries that do not progress: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Active brand or creator relationships: for the duration of the relationship.
- Contracts, invoices, and tax records: for the period required by applicable law (typically 6–10 years).
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics data: aggregated or truncated within a reasonable period.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data — including access controls, encryption in transit, vetted vendors, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; you provide information at your own risk and should use strong, unique passwords for any accounts that touch our Services.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of your data
